Sonia who runs the guesthouse was SO kind - she was really flexible when I was delayed arriving due to illness and was always on hand to answer any questions/help organise trips/transport. Would definitely recommend.

The cabins have all you need - tub, microwave, full-size fridge, full water jug, comfy bed, beautiful local paintings. The perfect jumping off point for our San Ignacio adventures. Convenient to everything, yet felt like you were in the jungle.

The location is excellent, just off Burns Avenue towards the hills. You can walk to the city center in 3 mins to one direction and to Iguana sanctuary/Maya choco experience to the other direction about the same time. Extremely welcoming owner with good tips around town. They have a Marie Sharp's hot sauce shop and a chill lounge bar upstairs. They also provide cooking classes. Decent internet, 10.81MB/s down, 21.07MB/s up with 73ms latency.

We are on a family back packing trip- I would definitely recommend this hotel as the family running the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Also has a kitchen so we could cook food and has a gym next door. It’s a couple of minutes from downtown and also from both the market and the bus station.
