Diana and Larry were welcoming, friendly, kind, accommodating, funny and all the positive adjectives! I am new to Canada and felt very homesick and sad, but just seeing their bright and happy faces in the morning brightened up my mood. Diana is also a fantastic cook and Larry tells the best stories. Diana's mom was really cool and funny too. I miss their cats and their dog already, and I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the view was great, the food was great, the company was amazing and everything was perfect!!

There is a private bathroom with walk-in shower in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. The garden was beautiful and the house was really cozy and cute. My room was comfortable and I had the perfect amount of privacy while also having the ability to interact with other guests. My flight was delayed, so I got in VERY late, but the host Helena was amazingly accommodating! When I was able to meet Helena she was so warm and welcoming and I could tell she was passionate about being an amazing host (mission accomplished!). I would definitely love to visit again, and hope to stay in contact with Helena going forward!

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was also very friendly and responsive. They even offered me an upgrade to a nicer room that was vacant at the time.

We were there for over a week due to issues getting into our new home, but the hosts were amazing! Many great conversations and laughs! We were given interesting information about the town.. where things are, just basic information that anyone new to a town would appreciate. I felt like we made 2 new friends. Can't say enough about our stay there... Plus on these really chilly mornings, sitting by the woodstove felt great!

Daily breakfast was delicious. Outside patio placed to make most of lake views. Peaceful quiet and relaxing.
