The communication with Josh (through Whatsapp), the whole house, facilities and amenities, complete how to info, and extra little things in the bathroom (body lotion, toothpaste, etc.), in the kitchen (spices, etc.). The room was a bit small but we could use the whole house together with a few other guests. The laundry and dryer were useful and we could park in front of the house.
