I was here during New Year's Eve, I had some of the happiest 3 nights of my life. The accommodation is like in the fairy tale, the landscape is splendid. Everything is perfectly arranged, very clean, and the kitchen well equipped. Also, the hosts were very welcoming and we always had everything we needed at our disposal. An advantage is also the fact that the train station is only 1-2 minutes away. When we will come again in Switzerland, I am sure that these accomodation will be the first option for us.

Fronalpstock Hotel & Restaurant is situated in Stoos, 1922 metres above sea level and next to the 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock and 6er Sesselbahn. Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car.

At the inn the rooms are equipped with a terrace. With a private bathroom, some rooms at Fronalpstock Hotel & Restaurant also feature a lake view. The rooms feature a wardrobe. There’s a special kind of magic that begins when the last cable car leaves at 4 p.m. and you’re left almost alone at the top of the mountain. It’s an unforgettable experience. The views are among the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen, with beautiful hiking trails and even a playground right next to the hotel. The view from the room is incredible – you can relax on a sun lounger on the terrace and simply take it all in (there are even blankets for cooler evenings!). The staff were absolutely lovely. Special thanks to the kind waitress, the kitchen staff, and the person who welcomed us at check-in. They made our stay even more special. Breakfasts were tasty, and the dinners were truly delicious with prices that are reasonable by Swiss standards.

At the bed and breakfast, some units are fitted with a kettle and chocolates or cookies. Had an amazing stay here! Brigitte and Lucas were incredibly kind and accommodating. I ended up changing the dates of my stay without any issues. I was able to drop off my bags early, to go for a hike in Stoos. I came back for check in around 6:00pm, was greeted and shown to my room which was beautiful, cleanly and comfortable. Their home is located in a very convient location for transit, not far from Schwyz station. If you are looking to visit Stoosbahn, this is an amazing place to stay!

Guests can grab a bite to eat in the in-house restaurant, which specialises in Austrian cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. Benjamin, the owner, is amazing! Professional, courteous, and completely focused on customer service, he ensures everyone’s stay is exceptional! What an awesome experience!

This BnB is sensational, we booked as we wanted to stay close to climb Mt Rigi and we are glad we did. You immediately are welcomed by the lovely owner Erika, who takes pride in the Villa and wants to make it a truely wonderful experience. Erika gave us the local suggestions and an personalised itinerary for the three days we stayed in Goldau. Without her suggestions we would’ve missed, Brunnen and Lake Lauerz which are both close by. The house is also magnificent, over a 100 years old and a real treat. I would highly recommend a stay here and if you do, give yourself 4 days at least to explore the area. With the easy connections from Arth-Goldau (train station, 5 minute walk away), the surrounding regions are all very accessible. There is a lot history to the town and Villa itself and we were quite charmed by the church bells nearby. Thank you Erika for a wonderful stay!

The location was peaceful and made for a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Having a kitchen was incredibly convenient. We cooked most of our meals and appreciated having everything we needed. We arrived quite late, around 10pm after a long day, and Elizabeth was kind enough to personally welcome us at 11pm, which was so thoughtful and made us feel right at home.

All units will provide guests with a fridge. Good place — comfortable, clean, and well maintained. You can reach a restaurant or supermarket in just a few steps.

Set in Muotathal, 39 km from Einsiedeln Abbey, Hotel Alpenblick Muotathal offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Located around 49 km from KKL Culture and Convention Centre Lucerne, the inn with free WiFi is also 49 km away from Chapel Bridge. The inn has family rooms. We decided to stay in this accommodation after a hike at Stoos, which is 15 min away from this hotel. Our room is super clean and the bed is comfy. Absolutely love it.
