The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I planned to stay three nights and ended up staying for a week! The family that runs the hostel is so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is really good and includes freshly made fruit juice. WiFi is strong. The balcony is a good place to work. Location is outstanding. A very short walk to many restaurants yet a bit away from the louder parts of Laureles. Fruit sellers often pass and there is a mercadito a couple of doors away. The other guests were friendly and we communed in the common area. I cannot say enough good things about Laureles Garden Hostel. I will surely return.

My wife and I stayed at Casa Selva for two weeks and had a lovely stay overall. Angie was an approachable host and was always on-hand to address our queries and needs. The volunteers working with her were great too - shout out to Maelle, Edouard and Bahar! Our room was clean and cosy, and we liked the decor of the entire compound with artful touches all around. The common kitchen also came with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. There are pottery workshops on offer at the property if you're interested too. The location within the Estadio-Laureles neighbourhood is excellent. It was a short walk to the Estadio metro station, as well as Calle 70 with bars and restaurants. There are also at least two supermarkets nearby too (Jumbo and Exito). Overall, the vibe of the neighbourhood is quite pleasant, and we didn't feel it was noisy despite the property being only a block away from Calle 70.

This recently renovated guest house is located 6.2 km from El Poblado Park and 7.1 km from Lleras Park. The guest house offers garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Absolutely lovely place! The owners are beyond friendly and welcoming - they showed us the whole place and told some interesting stuff :)) The room was clean, big & even had a warm shower!! We enjoyed it & would come back!! At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. Gloria was so helpful and friendly. It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .

Set in Medellín, the recently renovated Road Living Home offers accommodation 3 km from El Poblado Park and 3.6 km from Lleras Park. It is located 5.7 km from Plaza de Toros La Macarena and provides a shared kitchen. Parque de las Aguas Waterpark is 34 km away and Juan Pablo II Airpark is 2.5 km from the guest house. Juan is nice, friendly, always-love-to-help host just like local Colombian. You don't have to worry about anything and pls feel free to ask whatever it is. As for the house, the style is my cup of tea. Clean, simple, comfy so much. Walk 10-15 mins to the metro, cmpared to the noisy Poblado center, I prefer to live here, such as the quiet community, friendly neighbors, eat & shop is convenient as well. Enjoy my stay and would come back if any chance in Medellin.
