I stayed here for my last night before leaving Costa Rica and the hosts made me feel so at home! The place is really cozy and clean, it has enough space to move around and a beautiful veranda. Especially the hosts were very sweet and made sure I had everything I needed and more: they brought some coffee and fruits and had some helpful tips about where to eat. For a small fee I got an amazing breakfast and they took me to the airport- the perfect last night.

You can watch them from the beautiful terrace. The owners are very helpful and so nice. Just few steps from Birds & Breakfast you can visit the Children's Eternal Forest. It was a really nice start and end stay of our Costa Rica trip. The apartment was really clean and located close to the airport. The host was really friendly and flexible. Moreover, she prepared a super delicious breakfast. We had a pleasant stay at Lajuela BnB. We will book it again if we ever come back to Costa Rica.

A car rental service is available at La Terraza Guest House B&B. We stayed during the worst rain event in recent history so we were stuck in the room most of our trip and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had to change dates due to road outages and they were very helpful. They brought us warm muffins one day and were always asking how they could help. Even in the rain, the view was so pretty. Every time the rain let up, even if only for a few minutes, you could start to see the birds and butterflies and one very funny squirrel. The bed was comfortable and even with the dampness of the weather, there was no musty smell, which in CR is really something. The room was so clean and smelled so fresh. Now the highlight of our day was the breakfast! Different every day and fresh and really yummy! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Even the owner came out every morning to chat and ask how he could help with our day. I highly recommend this place and would love to return when it’s sunny!!! lol
