A small hotel (just one bungalow) with high standards. Comfy beds, good air condition, a nice bathroom and even a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. The location is outside the center of La Fortuna but within easy walking distance to restaurants (we loved Tiquicia). Breakfast is served in a beautiful setting and is freshly prepared, including warm food and delicious fresh fruit directly from the hotel owners' farm. Best of all are the lovely owners of the hotel, who showed us around.

Netflix to watch when raining in the evening. Kitchenette area to make light meals.

Booked room with private bath was located in back patio. This is someone’s house but they have 4 rooms they rent. Clean, basic, comfortable. Host was very nice. Her husband is a taxi driver and took me to airport next morning at 5 am. He charged $8 very reasonable. wonderful place would stay again
