We loved everything about this place!!!! The owner was extremely nice and friendly and made sure we have a great experience! Its in the middle of the jungle and you can spot many animals there. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is super clean and he has the cutest cat ever! The included breakfast was amazing and probably the best one we had since we are travelling. Highly recommend staying there even longer theres so much to do in this area.

The accommodation is in a very quiet and pleasant area, but still close to everything. It’s easy to reach, and the ocean is just a short walk away. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Primo and his family are lovely people and were very helpful to make our trip a very nice stay for us as family with two teenage daughters. At the bed and breakfast, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. We had a lovely stay at Casa Mambo. The room was super comfortable and clean, with fabulous internet and AC! Parking was easy and convenient. All the staff were super kind and helpful. The proximity to Playa Negra is perfect. My stay was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again!

All rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a wardrobe. If you want somewhere authentic, in the local village with great hosts Gloria and Sergio, do not hesitate to book here. Very clean, quiet, ideally situated. We did the night walk/boat with Gloria and Sergio which was amazing, definitely worth doing. If you need a taxi boat or want to do a tour of the canals, go through Owen, their friend. The traditional breakfast was delicious.

For most of the night a very active firefly flew around the roof of our tent (outside the mosquito netting) which gave a very romantic feel to our stay :)
