Ana’s breakfasts, inspired by Canarian flavors, were the perfect start to each day, and José’s dinners could easily belong in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I got to try local dishes I would never have discovered in a typical hotel. Huge thanks to Ana, José, and Chiara for creating such a special space. Very central location, very handy and lovely for exploration on foot. Busstation for going to other towns within walking distance (Google Maps works well, also for busses) Very friendly owners. I had a great stay.

The breakfast options are varied and generous in size. I highly recommend La Mimosa if you're looking for a central place to stay in Lanzarote.
