You can park there and reach Exeter city centre in a few minutes. Definitely recommended! ❤️

Excellent view of the harbour from our room. The cottage is 700+ years old and may be the oldest in the village. The host was lovely and accommodating. She made us a good full English breakfast. Sooo quiet and peaceful with no cars in the village. The other guests were lovely -- all hikers walking the SW coast path.

Everything was stylish, of good quality and clean and there are some really interesting pieces of decor around too! Plus the staff were super helpful.

We didn't need any lunch after our Ley Arms breakfasts!
