There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Tina and Mike were excellent hosts! We very much enjoyed our stay. We inconveniently arrived past 8pm but Tina welcomed us, giving us excellent service and tips for our visit. The room was very clean and quiet. Parking was also provided on site. Cannot recommend this property enough! We will definitely be back! :)

The guest house offers a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and spa facilities. The guest house also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. It was a lovely little spot with a nice view of rolling hills. The sauna was nice but took a long time toheat up. The hot tub was really nice. It was great having a separate living room/kitchenette since we were travelling with a baby.

We stayed 2 nights on the top floor overlooking the ocean and it was beautiful!. Penn House is on the end of a very quiet street and the owners Kezia and Rodney were just fabulous! They are so friendly, helpful, kind and their hospitality is top notch!! They really make you feel you are welcome in their home ! They make you feel like family and it was wonderful! Rodney & Kezia make a fabulous hot traditional English breakfast and they also offer cold continental choices as well. It was all delicous! There are many B&B's in Weymouth and we highly recommend Penn House should be your choice when visiting Weymouth!
