This is a one of a kind luxurious, comfortable, pampered experience. Karen and David are the sweetest, kindest, most courteous people ever! Their years in the hospitality industry shine through but mostly their passion for providing a pampered Scottish experience reigns. The house is beautiful; the room is enormous with an even bigger bathroom with separate shower and tub. The room boasts extravagant furnishings and an even more extravagant view of the Scottish Border hills. We were greeted with cheerful, kind, words and gestures that are unmatched (and we have traveled extensively). Love this place and Moffat but especially Karen and David; they are true gems!

The rooms are beautifully furnished and beds are comfy. Everything is well equipped with a particular focus on sustainability. The whole house is very inviting for garden and art lovers alike. So, don‘t miss it!!!

Breakfast suited to the wishes of the guest but she was also helping with issues that were not related at all to the guest house, but to my own cycle plans. One of those hosts and places I ‘ll always remember. Whenever a bed needed here around I’ll try this one first.

The house is amazing, there’s a lot of space, we got the family room and we had enough space for 3 adults + a Labrador. They let us use the garden too what was very good for the dog to run a bit and do his toilets.
