We had a great stay at this wonderful location. The room was very comfortable. Stuart is a great host who really goes above and beyond for his guests. Excellent breakfast! The Guest House is a short walk to the City centre (Bus stop close by but we didn't use it).

Room is very spacious, clean and with all facilities needed, very spacious bathroom, great location at University campus, charming neighborhood; very near city center (Royal Mile - wide variety of buses from Commonwealth Pool bus stop 2min from the hotel or Newington bus stop 5 min walk, hotel is really very well connected!) and in the same time in quiet place (very close to Holyrood park), it is really unique scenery we enjoyed it very much ! Staff very friendly, helpful and professional!

Great location, the city center was reachable on foot (walking took about 25 minutes). Fantastic dorm service, staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. It's a dormitory, so you can't expect luxury, but we had a clean, comfortable room, access to the kitchen and a private bathroom. I heartily recommend.

This is a beautiful flat in a great location just outside the city center bustle. The flat was quiet and very roomy with stunning character features and the most amazing nightime view of the castle and Calton hill. All the amenities and a charming landlord! We loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer.
