The staff is helpful and polite - great! The food in the hotel restaurant is great! Quite and peaceful place! There is a place to park a car on the territory of the hotel, you will be given a remote control for the gates, so you do not need to ask to open it when you want to go somewhere. There is a great pool and bar near it, but not all nearby hotels have pools. Rooms are big and comfortable. Totally recommend!

The owners are Greek and German and all super hospitable - they will always be around to bring you a coffee or give you advice on which restaurants or beaches to check out. The pool is beautiful and super clean. We stayed in the signature panorama sea view room - which is very spacious AND has an enormous wrap around balcony with sunbeds and another seating area. This room is highly recommended if you can get it. We did not really need to leave the hotel but there is also a lovely beach within a 5 min walk. A great experience - we will be back!

The owners were absolutely lovely - cheerful, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. It really makes a difference when the hosts are this kind and welcoming. We stayed in a room on the first floor, so we didn’t have a sea view, which was a small disappointment - but to be honest, we still loved it because of the spacious terrace with a table and soft cushioned chairs. It was a perfect spot to relax. One thing we really appreciated was the ceiling fan - even in July, it kept the air moving nicely, and we didn’t even need to use the AC. That was such a nice surprise. The room also had a small fridge, a stovetop, and a coffee machine, and everything was clean and fresh. You can tell the place is well cared for. There’s parking available (three spots), and we had no trouble finding one. Also, just a short 3-minute walk away, there’s an excellent restaurant - probably the best in town, both in terms of quality and prices. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we’d happily come back!

Ladario Studios has the best location in Sarti! The small isolated beach is a dream, quiet, perfect sand, perfect for a swim. We were here 8-12 Jun, not so crowded and comfortable for relaxing. We were on the ground floor of the house, we would get out of the room and we were straight on the beach. The room was extremely clean and stocked with towels, some kitchen ware, and toilet paper, AC. We had everything we needed for a simple vacation. The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming, attentive to our needs but also valued our privacy.

They were clean and had everything you need. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Yanis and his family were amazing hosts, even helped us with renting a boat. Sarti is 5 minutes away by car. We enjoyed our vacation very much!

The apartment was very clean and had the necessary stuff you need to stay somewhere, is really close to the sea, there’s a supermarket at the ground floor with all fresh food and fruits and everything you need. The balcony is amazing with the sea view 🏖️😍 Really nice and we will come back again!
