I also saw some strange possum/lemur-like animal climbing through the trees while I was having breakfast!

The location is very calm and like a 5 min walk to the beach. El paredon is quite busy and there are some parties, but in Manglare it’s very calm. We liked it. Extra thing is that it is close to the mangroves, where you can rent some kayaks for example. At the end of our stay, we forgot some stuff that was still drying outside. We took contact with Manglare and they immediately were very helpful: they searched for a way to sent us our belongings by express delivery to our next hotel in Flores. Thanks for this service. Highly recommend it!

The pool and relaxing area is good and the beds are super comfy! They even made everyone who was staying there food for Christmas eve which was a lovely surprise. Not a bad word to say!

Pakalolo ice cream and the Super 24 on the corner up are very convenient if you want a cool treat or snacks. Potable water available in a large jug and dispenser.
