Stayed her for my last night before flying home. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, so the hosts accommodated getting dinner at the neighbors for 75Q, which was quite delicious. Large spacious room equipped with a fan and a bathroom with tub and shower. Everything was very clean. Good breakfast served in the morning and free drop off to the airport, which is only 5 min away. The most stress-free last day of travel with getting to the airport etc I've ever had.

Very comfortable accommodation with a perfect location super close to the Airport. Our room was clean and nicely equipped, we had everything we needed. Our stay had breakfast included, where we got homemade pancakes with banana and scrambled eggs with bread. It was really delicious. The owners are also super nice people with good English level, they were helpful and even offered us a transfer to the airport (we were a bit of a rush).

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The ladies who are working there are very friendly and helpful. I loved it!

I arrived into Guatemala quite late at night but the host was very helpful with my arrival. It was nice to have a hot shower, clean room & comfortable bed after my long journey. The area was quiet & I had a very good sleep. Breakfast and coffee was included & was very nice. The host helped me arrange a shuttle to Lake Atitlan for the next day :)
