I would have stayed longer but nothing free... even the thunderstorm was amazing, very strong and close and i really enjoyed watching and listening from my hammock imagining crocodiles coming out of the water below (there are none)

Included complimentary simple breakfast - pancakes, banana, and coffee freshly made. I arrived with a car so needed a parking space. The parking was available. No issues there. Bed was comfy and clean.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Julio’s cabana was newly built and very spacious. He just finished the new porch overhang the day before my arrival! I really liked the rustic feel of the home, and how private it was. I was the only one on the property during my stay. I stayed in the private room, but took a look upstairs at the loft. There are multiple beds in an open floor layout, with mosquito netting to ensure a comfortable sleep. There are kayaks available for a small extra fee, making getting around on the river very easy - especially if you have friends nearby, would like to visit the thermal waters, or grab dinner at Restaurante Viajero. Julio also has a well stocked kitchen if you will be doing your own cooking, as well as an EcoFilter water purifier. Loved my stay! Thank you Julio and your family for making me feel welcome.
