Glenvela guest house ligt in Castlerea, op 16 km van Dr. Douglas Hyde Interpretative Centre en 21 km van Roscommon Racecourse. A really exceptional accommodation. Maureen and Ronald were the best hosts we've ever met, friendly and helpful. Our kids loved them and their cute dogs. We couldn't wait to get back from the trips back to Glenvela house. In addition, the rooms were stylish and beautifully decorated. The location was beautiful and quiet. Thank you!

Beautiful place in a charming location in Sligo. The host greeted us and had time for a chat and to show us around. There is a comfortable common area where you can sit and unwind. The room was very clean, spacious and we had the best sleep! The highlight of the stay was a fantastic breakfast- there was a choice of sourdough breads, yoghurt/berries, fantastic cooked Irish breakfast and the host even organised crepes for my 10 year old! I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to explore Sligo while staying in a tranquil, cozy location with a fantastic lake view, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast!
