We had been in Bakkagerdi earlier in the evening to view the puffins (1 million stars/10 on that experience) and this was the perfect place to spend the night, since it was less than an hour from there but also gave us a little bit of a head start on our clockwise ring road journey for the next day's travels.

Conveniently located gas station nearby, grocery store not so far away and other points of interests such as geysers and hot geothermal bath.

Our room was comfortable with a good-sized bed, and the bathrooms and showers were also clean, with enough available per floor so it never felt crowded. We had a very good stay and were able to rest well.
