We loved the breakfast the food was so delicious and the view of the breakfast area. The rooms were so cozy, warm and had tons of space and located in a great area to watch the Northern Lights and take pictures. Plenty of parking space for the rooms.

Το Birkilauf βρίσκεται στο Myvatn, σε απόσταση 2,6χλμ. από τα ιαματικά λουτρά Myvatn και προσφέρει πολλές ανέσεις, όπως θέα στη λίμνη και το βουνό. If I could give more than 10, I would happily do it. It was a fantastic apartment. I was a bit hesitant about shared kitchen initially. But it was absolutely fine. It was huge and exceptionally clean, had loads of utensils and cooking equipment. A full size dishwasher. So they have set up the kitchen in a way that multiple people can cook same time. They also come every morning to clean and reset the kitchen. They also give free supplies like breads, tomato, butter, oils etc. Washing machine came in very handy as this was day 7 of our Iceland trip when we stayed in Birkilauf. Rooms are very nice, neat and clean. Bathroom also looks newly done up Location is very close to all main areas like Hverir geothermal, Hverfjall Volcano and Dimmuborgir and lake Myvatn. Overall everything was great. Highly recommend.

Το Eldá Guesthouse βρίσκεται στο Reykjahlid, λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη λίμνη Myvatn και 750μ. από ένα γήπεδο γκολφ. Κάθε δωμάτιο έχει επιφάνεια εργασίας, νιπτήρα και δωρεάν WiFi. The staff is very helpful since we came later than 8:00 pm but we got all information/help we need. The room is clean and quiet. The location is good that is close to the lake Myvatn and also the camp-site where my friend stayed. Good value.

Ειδαμε το καλυτερο Βόρειο Σελλας στην Ισλανδια εδώ.Ο ξενωνας βρισκεται σε περιοχή με λίγα φώτα πάνω στη λίμνη Myvatn. Η θέση του βολεύει πολυ για περιήγηση στα γύρω αξιοθέατα. Τα δωματια ικανοποιητικά. Σχετικά μεγάλος ξενωνας αλλα πολύ οργανωμένος. Πολυ καλή κουζίνα . Καθαρά λουτρά.

Fantastic location right at the lake and best breakfast we had with fresh fruit and fresh waffles you can make in the machine. Bedlinen were of hotel quality!

Quietly located 5 km from Iceland's Ring Road and 13 km from Lake Mývatn, this family-run guest house offers views over Sandfell Mountain. Very cozy and beautiful location. Perfect place to wind down and enjoy nature. Comfortable facilities. Breakfast was great, we loved the waffle machine.
