Guesthouse Bitra B&B’s simple rooms have either private or shared bathroom facilities. They provide views of Mount Hekla or the surrounding countryside. Very clean and comfortable, the rooms were small but nice, shared bathrooms were always available, excellent WiFi and outstanding breakfast with smoked salmon and everything else! Close to Selfoss’ restaurants and supermarkets.

The communal dining room features tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna in the evening. We also took a little time to meet all the animals and enjoy the farm. The location was also great, a quick drive to Selfoss with groceries, restaurants and anything you would need but also enjoy the countryside at the same time. The staff at breakfast was also helpful with giving advice about our plans for the day.
