The apartment was very nice, even on the sofa bed it was very comfortable to sleep. The breakfast in the nearby bar was also very good and the included parking was a nice bonus. The accommodation is in a great location with everything within walking distance. Betty was a super helpful host, we will definitely be back!

It was very clean and tidy equipped with a fridge and air con. Every morning they provided ingredients for a light breakfast, wide selection of coffees. The host and his wife were very kind and helpful. The beach is 5-10 mins away on foot. Its an exceptional accomodation

Excellent location near the port Punta Sabbioni for travel to Venezia. Big plus provision of bicycles with lock ride to Punta Sabbioni. Very beautiful country Italian tradition house and garden with all equipment inside and outside. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped and kitchenette with necessary appliances, utensils , coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, bottle of vine, bottle of water.

What a pleasure to arrive here: Beautiful rooms, spacious bathroom, a balcony for outselves - and if you wanted even more space: the terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking Grado in company of squeaking seagulls. Hosts are ever so friendly and you can ask anything anytime! One minute to city centre, two minutes to the beach. Parking available (€10 a day) or look for parking on the street (blue stripes - €6 a day). I definitely will be back

I really liked the communication to meet for the check in, because I had a very short time to do it. The staff was very kind and professional, and the room was small (but I only needed to sleep a few hours there, but it was very practical and well laid out so very comfortable - and the little balcony with view on the beach was super nice.

Great place, everything you need is in walkable distance. Rooms are clean, with working AC. Very tasty breakfast and the owner is very nice and helpful :) He gave us clear information about our check-in before arrival.
