This bed and breakfast provides free private parking and luggage storage space. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. The host (Giovanni) is very kind and always up for a conversation. He loves dogs so for dog owners, his is a good home! The rooms are a bit dated but that is part of the Italian charm. The first night we had to get used to the hard bed but the second and third night we slept so good on that bed. The breakfast is typical Italian and including some made options. We enjoyed our stay here!

The suite had everything to make one comfortable - a good bed, nice pillows, lots of light, temperature adjustment, clean linens, kettle, fridge, dishes, good shower, quiet, WiFi. It was right in Old Barga very close to a bus stop. The host provided anything that was missing and was readily available. The Pattiseria Lucchesi was great with lovely gluten-free pastries. I enjoyed strolling the old town, walking up to the cathedral, and walking in the valley park under the bridges. Villa Caproni had a very interesting photography exhibit and a kind, informative gallery host. It was rather cool and drizzly in Barga at the time and since Casa Cordati is a huge, old stone manor, some warm clothes were required.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the magnificent natural beauty of the region, as well as its culture, history and traditions. Within a day, you can easily reach La Spezia, Carrara (famous for its characteristic marble), Lucca and even Florence. Me and my parents loved the rustic aesthetic and the staff was also very nice.

Boasting mountain views, a garden and a pool with a view, this guest house also features free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 30 km from Marlia Villa Reale. Location was very good if you wanted to catch the train just a very short walk away, fantastic pool and garden ,bedroom and bathroom were excellent , a very good cafe close by as well , the owners were very good and helpful. We will return again

The property has an outdoor dining area. This apartment is very clean and modern. We had everything needed to make us comfortable. It looks newly renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The host doesn't speak much English but is charming. We had enough pellets for the heating and the house was warm. Quiet mountain location but good restaurant and shops nearby.
