It is situated 500 metres from Baptistery of Parma and features a lift. The property is 800 metres from the city centre and 700 metres from Parma Train Station. I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a shared area with a coffee machine available, which was a nice touch. Access to the apartment was fully automated via a code, making everything very easy. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, and the building also has an elevator, which was very convenient.

The house is located on top of a hill in scenic and beautiful countryside. Our rooms were clean and spacious, decorated in rustic style, providing homey and cosy surroundings. The kitchenette had a tea kettle, lots of dishes, glasses and cups. The breakfast in the garden the next morning was a truly special treat with everything locally sources - several types of meat, cheese, bread, sweets, home made jams and honey. We liked our morning coffee very much and Stefano kindly recommended the place where we can get the same coffee beans, freshly roasted and packaged right in the facility. It wasn't easy to say good-bye to this magical place with stunning views. I wish we stayed longer, as 1 night and 1 morning was not enough to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the nature and warm hospitality, friendliness and kindness of the hosts. We hope to come back soon!
