The bed and breakfast provides city views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Lovely accommodation , room was beautiful. It was clear to us that a lot of thought and planning were given to make this accommodation as comfortable as possible for guests. Small kettle for coffee and tea, water, snacks and the voucher at the nearby café for the breakfast was all included. The location of the hotel was perfect, with walking distance from the train station, the tower and the shops. Also loved the roof top terrace. The self check-in worked very well, at first it sounded complicated, however it functioned smoothly. Will stay here again when visiting Pisa next time.

Leaning Tower of Pisa is 400 metres from B&B 7 Rooms, while Pisa Cathedral is 600 metres from the property. Pisa International Airport, 4.2 km from the property. We had to leave at 4.00am to catch a flight. We were kindly given a tray of breakfast in our room the night before. There was a lovely roof terrace off our room with really comfortable seating that we were not expecting. The girl who greeted us and looked after us was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

Location close to bus station in a quiet area. you can walk to the old town whose walls are a few minutes away. the leaning tower is 30 minutes on foot. Parking was available in front of the house. Fantastic choice of restaurants nearby including bakeries and meat shop. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. There is a good wardrobe space where you can keep your bags, clothes and shoes. The host is very kind and helpful. There is a coffee machine and common kitchen area with stove top, fridge, microwave and sink.
