Our stay at Il Sogno Umbro was exceptional, everything from start to finish was perfect. It boasts stunning views from all sides whilst still offering a 15minute walk into town through their private field. The rooms and entire home is finished to an incredibly high standard and the pool was a real highlight. Most importantly our host Giorgia really made our stay, she was incredibly friendly and helpful offering great suggestions for our trip and even dropped us at the train station - she really went above and beyond in everyway. Il Sogno Umbro is one of our favourites trips yet and we can't wait to return again in the future.

Featuring a garden and views of city, B&B Sig ra Minù is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Perugia, 10 km from Perugia Cathedral. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the bed and breakfast's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. It is simple and basic, don't expect luxury but the family is delightful and very kind.

Staying at Sottoassisi - Guest House was an exceptional experience. The location is ideal — right in the historic center of Assisi, close to major landmarks like the Basilica of Saint Francis, yet quiet and peaceful for a restful stay. The guest house is full of charm, with beautifully preserved details and modern amenities. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. I used Sottoassisi as a base to explore a wide range of Umbrian towns and cities, and it worked perfectly for that purpose. From here, I visited Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Foligno, Città di Castello, Spello, Spoleto, and Trevi — all within a reasonable driving distance or accessible by train. Each day ended with a peaceful return to Assisi, making it the perfect anchor for my Umbrian adventure. The hosts were warm, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. They provided excellent recommendations and were always available for any questions or needs. If you're planning to explore Umbria, I can't recommend Sottoassisi - Guest House enough. It combines comfort, location, and hospitality in a truly unforgettable way.

In a quiet location but very near to centre just a few minutes walk. Also railway station, was 15 min walk.

This was the most amazing place we had encountered. We cannot wait to go back and revisit. Kindest lady with the most amazing place, so kind and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Amazing apartament and location, was a beautiful dream!
