The vibes here are so good. It’s as though everyone who comes through here are the kindest and coolest backpackers. Chill vibes, well stocked kitchen for cooking, super clean bunk beds, and the hosts are super friendly and kind! Thank you Marino san for helping me readjust my ferry timing. And it was so nice chatting with Miki san she’s the sweetest soul.

Το Guesthouse Iyonchi βρίσκεται στο όμορφο νησί Zamami, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Zamami. Η παραλία είναι προσβάσιμη σε 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Iyo and his wife, Tomo were incredibly kind and welcoming!! The twin room is well designed (neutral colors, wood & tatami floor are inviting) w private bath (good flow of hot water in shower). Snorkel gear and beach towel are for rent; Just down the road from our favorite Restaurant Marumiya!! They let us store our luggage and take the snorkel gear & beach towel to Furazamami after checkout, as we were heading back on the afternoon ferry.

We went there at the end of May (typhoon season) and we were the only one in the hotel. The day we came they picked us up at the port in a heavy rain, very grateful for that. Also the they we left they drove us to the other port for our ferry. The room is cool with a big tv which was a great thing because we got heavy rain all day. Comfty bed. Its at Aharen beach, literally 40 seconds walking. We had lunch at our hotel - absolutely delicious and very large selection to choose from. Close by is also a convenient store and some other restaurants. We could leave our bags in the room and use facilities until late afternoon. It was a pleasure to stay!
