ぽつぽつあん ligt in Ise, op 5 minuten lopen van Oharai-machi, 400 meter van heiligdom Sarutahiko, en 18 minuten lopen van Nationaal Park Ise-Shima. This stay was absolutely fabulous! My husband and I stayed here as our home base for a nearby event and it exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing and even gave us a small gift since he knew we were in Japan for our honeymoon. The home is a perfect blend of modern and traditional - the tatami mats were pristine, the design was thoughtful, and we loved the kotatsu. The location was wonderful - on a quiet street, steps away from a convenient Family Mart, and just a short walk from Oharaimachi St and the inner Shrine (the highlights of our whole trip!). We love this spot and hope to stay here again in the future :)

ATASHIKADAYS Kumano-Kodo Beachfront B&B Hostel heeft uitzicht op de zee, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op 11 km van Ubuta Shrine. Our stay in Atashika was one of our highlights of our whole Japan trip. This was due to the beautiful scenery and the vibe of this charming old village, but also to a great extent due to the guesthouse. We enjoyed the atmosphere of this renovated traditional kind of housing. There were lots of details, such as art from different local artists, that add to a homey feeling. The breakfast with homemade bread and different kinds of bagels, homemade mandarin juice and a few other things was superb.

Very interesting place. Area of outstanding natural beauty. Guest house has plenty of room, and good facilities. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Recommend an evening visit to local Onsen, see if you can spot the wild turtles in rivers on the way.

Minpaku Nagashima room3 / Vacation STAY 1035 is gelegen in Kuwana, op 1,9 km van Nagashima Spa Land, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Wow what a lovely property. The owners are very friendly and even gave us a lift to the train station the next morning. A lovely traditional building, very clean and everything you need. As an added bonus they have rare cars in their garage that my husband enjoyed looking at. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Japan

Guest House Wagaranchi Kai ligt in Kumano, op 19 minuten lopen van Odomari Beach en 3,4 km van Ubuta Shrine, en biedt accommodatie met een barbecue en gratis privéparkeren. Simply the best place to stay in Japan! Been here twice and both times made unforgetable memories! I hope I will be able to return soon

Guest House Tsumugiya ligt op 550 m van de noordelijke uitgang van station Iseshi en op 750 m van station Ujiyamada. In de hele accommodatie is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. It's 10 minutes walk to Iseshi station in a quiet neighborhood, making it a convenient base for exploring Ise. The guesthouse is a renovated old house which was quite nice with a comfortable living room for relaxing. I was glad to see that the bunk beds were solidly constructed (no creaking or shaking when occupying the upper bunk). The staff were very friendly too.
