Very quiet and cozy place with a beautiful garden full of birds and monkeys. The rooms are clean, spacious, have everything you need - air conditioning, fan, mosquito net. There is not warm water, but during the day the sun heats it up in the tank and it is getting even hot, very nice. There is a large balcony with tables and a beautiful view, it is very pleasant to sit there and watch the surroundings and sunsets. There is a bird watching tower next to the house, from where you can see the national park. We were spending hours there with our spyglass. Very hospitable hotel owner, he helped us with everything and organized a wonderful safari to Bundala national park. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious and plentiful and for a very good price. Not far from the hotel there are lakes with a lot of water birds. The place is a birdwatching paradise. We had the great pleasure of spending 4 days here enjoying and relaxing.

When we went to this guest house, we imagined a hotel, fuss, scurrying staff. But, after we checked in, we were left to our own devices. At the same time, everything we needed was given to us as soon as we reminded about ourselves. The breakfasts are excellent. Fish with rice or vegetables, shrimp or fruit on the ocean shore are simply delicious. You will always be given fresh tea, and those who wish will be offered a bottle of beer. By the way, when you go out onto the terrace in front of the house, you are already on the shore and the ocean greets you. We were met at the airport. Upon arrival, the rooms were already ready for occupancy. Everything was clean and tidy. And again, without unnecessary fuss. If you want, they will organize any trip for you along any route: beaches, national parks, Buddhist temples, all the sights of Sri Lanka.
