I don’t have words to describe the beautiful Mailagama Cinnamon Residence. Staff was super friendly and really helpful. We joined the copper dinner and it was simply amazing, we had dinner in the garden surrounded by the rice field - speechless! The room was clean, hot water in the shower. They arranged a safari for us and gave us a doggy bag with breakfast. They also have an immense rice and spicy field and have us a tour around. Beautiful experience

His kindness and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. Ruwan personally ensured that all my needs were met and even prepared customized meals that suited my preferences. He treated guests with such warmth that it felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. This the best place to stay for visiting Danigala (the Alien Mountain) - 1 h ride on tuk tuk and 40 minutes on a bike/car. Also there are I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nobel Regency in Bibile, Sri Lanka, just before the New Year, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Nobel Regency for anyone visiting Bibile – it’s a place where you’ll find not just excellent service but genuine care and kindness.

Even though hotel is located by the Ella-Wellawaya road, the location is very calm. Construction wasn't done in some parts of the facility. But the available rooms were at good standard. The highlight of our stay was the guided hike to Monaragala mountain. With Micheal leading the way, we explored breathtaking landscapes and learned so much about the local culture and nature through his stories and deep knowledge of the area. His home is peaceful, well-kept, and made even more special by the presence of two lovely kittens that added a touch of charm and comfort. If you're looking for something genuine and heartfelt, this is the place. Micheal is a host like no other.
