Gin oya lodge is a wonderful resort, located at the river. Many thanks for the wonderful time. The meals and the cooking are really great. We miss the wonderful food. Το Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya βρίσκεται σε Kalpitiya και διαθέτει εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο, βεράντα καθώς και δωρεάν WiFi. Very quiet relaxing spot with well designed units. The service and food were excellent. An enjoyable 15 minute bicycle (they are free) ride to Elements Resort on the beach. The owner Anushka is a wealth of knowledge and was able to organize dolphin watching and onward travel for a reasonable price.

Το The Backwaters Lodge που διαθέτει κήπο, παροχές για μπάρμπεκιου και εστιατόριο, βρίσκεται σε Wilpattu. The Backwaters lodge has everything that a naturelover is looking for. We really had the best time here in the middle of nowhere close to the Wilpattu National Park. The staff is really helpfull and very friendly, the rooms are right into nature but still have the luxury of having warm water and AC, great and an extended breakfast and dinner, I can go on and on. If you want to go on a safari at Wilpattu they can arrange a private jeep for you (which is a must do ofcourse). Further to fill in your time you can just hang out at the beautifull chillspots on the ponds or in the jungle or you could go kayaking with the kayaks available at the lodge. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the lodge a little more.

Quiet place surrounded by lush greenery, with few rooms only and with beautiful view of the lagoon. Staff are very nice and helpful, food is amazing. Take a dinner with them, no many options in town!

Το Mojo έχει θέα στη θάλασσα και παρέχει κήπο. Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Mudalaipalai είναι περίπου 400μ μακριά. Everything, the room was super cute and very well appointed. Straight on the lagoon! Little shop outside if you need anything. Amazing breakfast, great and very helpful host.

This place is amazing. If you want to go to Wilpattu National Park, this is the perfect accommodation. We booked The Sanctuary half an hour before arriving and we were warmly greeted at the door by the owner Siraj. Siraj's passion for environmental protection is incredible. His knowledge of the ecology of the area is huge. Siraj and his team provided us with first class hospitality, beautiful food and a fully organized safari we will never forget (for a very competitive price). Extras like plentiful home grown bananas, a night tour of the grounds (seeing flying foxes and mouse deer) and free photos of what we saw on safari were the icing on the cake. It was a privilege to have stayed at The Sanctuary and we left enriched. I would not hesitate to return here in future.

Totally exceeded our expectations! Even better than the photos and super friendly people treat you just like family. Such a clan and nicely decorated place and super comfortable beds, comforter and fluffy pillows on a soft bed. just what we needed! Also about as close as you can get to the rickshaw run start line so was a super location for us. No hot water but we didn’t even miss it.

We loved the tranquil garden, beautiful modern clean architectural “A” frame guest house and separate dining pavilion. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were exquisite Sri Lankan cuisine. The plunge pool was welcome to cool in before dinner and breakfast. Comfiest beds and pillows in Sri Lanka! We will come again!
