The staff were so wonderful- kind, helpful and accommodating! Check in was easy with clear instructions, the room was huge and the aircon and fan were a welcomed addition in the heat. The included breakfast was good (eggs, toasts, hot beverages etc). The pool was lovely and the outside area was a great place to spend the afternoon.

The bed was large and comfy, the staff were friendly and offered us a ride to the ferry terminal so we didn’t have to walk in the rain, a great selection of books in the room, kitchen was well equipped, very clean and tidy. Also appreciated being able to drop our bags and check in early before the stated check in time

This is a great place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday location. Very romantic and perfect for couples, families and even if you want to stay alone or with friends! The hosts are truly amazing bringing you amazing breakfasts each morning! You can use the kitchen outside. There is a shop nearby if you want to buy something a nice restaurant next door. Finally not to forget the amazing beach that is just 20 meters away! Really recommend this place and would love to come back!

Everything was great: the location, the facilities, the calmness and the hosts. Great breakfast and dinner too. Some reviews say that the road to the property is really rough but we had no issues accessing it with a small rental car, the directions provided were clear too

Absolutely amazing hotel!!!! Staff are really friendly and kind, they gave me many tips to enjoy Holbox which is reliable, room and common space was clean and quiet, and the location was close to a beach and the ferry port. My favorite part was the rooftop, peaceful and very relaxing. I definitely come back to Holbox and this hotel!!! Thank you both of you :)

Very cosy and well equipted hotel, 10-15 minutes by walk from the Bacalar City Center. The host - Rachel, helped as with everything: from Landry location to tickets for crue across the lagune. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. The surrandings is fine, close to shops and bars. Hight recommend!

A great place to stay, full of character. It has a small homely feel with a friendly pet cat named Maria. The breakfasts were so delicious, some of my favourite food we had on our trip! Would really recommend this place to someone looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay
