The B&B is lovely with spacious, clean rooms and an inner yard including a pool. The breakfast was delicious with fresh, local fruits and quesadillas. The hosts were very helpful and nice. We stayed for only one night after landing at the airport in the evening but it was a great start into our Mexico trip and we recommend the place for anyone considering to stay in Cancun downtown.

Wonderful exoerience, we returned to Mariana's every time we were in the city. We really, really appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service from/to the airport, the breakfast was delicious and we instantly felt at home. We can also recommend to eat at the direct neighbor's private restaurant who cooks upon request only for guests. Certainly recommended!

Dona Laura the owner and her husband were wonderful. Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

Staff was wonderful, place was very clean, bed was comfortable, it was a nice as it gets!

Reasonably priced on-demand breakfast with basic local options. Incredibly friendly, attentive and well intentioned staff was the highlight of my stay
