Was special to be in an authentic longhouse with so much history. An easy 900m walk from the airport. Bario was quiet and peaceful and a great stop away from the heat of the jungles. Cute cats to keep me company. Great library of books.

I extended my stay because the longer I stayed the more I liked it and didn't want to leave. spotlessly clean.
