Drifters Inn Hanmer Springs is 2 minutes’ drive from Hanmer Springs Golf Course and Woodland Walk Recreation Reserve. Christchurch International Airport is 133 km away. Excellent location right opposite the hot springs. Wonderful welcome by Debbie at reception who also gave us an orientation of the inn. Excellent kitchen facilities you can use if you want to. Very clean and well appointed room. Exceeded our expectations and very good value for money.

A toaster, a fridge and kitchenware are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the guest house, units include bed linen and towels. This motel was one of the nicest motels we have stayed at. The view was amazing and the easy chairs very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

At the bed and breakfast, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. Excellent location! Great view from the deck towards the mountains with the llamas grazing in front. For breakfast there were cornflakes, homemade granola, milk, yoghurt and peaches. The granola was delicious! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Added bonus were the train tracks running right next to the accommodation (if you enjoy trains, but if not don't worry, there's not a lot of trains per day so it won't get too noisy).
