The property has an outdoor dining area. Our experience with this host was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived she was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive to our needs. One of the highlights of our stay was when she took us to a beautiful lookout giving us a chance to enjoy stunning views. She went beyond in every way including kindly dropping us off at the interislander terminal. We are very grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful host and am unforgettable experience!

The bed and breakfast offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. Outstanding B&B! Really clean, with excellent amenities in the room. Breakfast is provided in a fridge for you to self-serve and there is plenty! (Cereal, fruits, toast, juice). What makes it outstanding is the hosts - extremely friendly and went the extra mile on many occasions, even giving us a lift to a local vineyard! Really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have traveled a lot over the years and stayed with plenty of hosts around the world. I can honestly say Debbie was the best host we’ve ever had! She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind—just a great person who made us feel right at home. The room was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the linens were high quality—you could tell she cares about the little things. The house is in an amazing spot overlooking the Marlborough Sounds, and the views were absolutely stunning. And the food—wow. Everything was homemade and fresh from her garden. It was so good we couldn’t stop eating! Debbie went above and beyond, and we’re grateful we got to stay at her place. Highly recommend- if we could give 11 stars, we would!

Our cottage was roomy. Our hosts were a fabulous help with local restaurants and wineries. We had steak on the grill one night...my husband learned a new trick: slipping an oyster inside a steak. Carpet bagger! 😆

Located in Blenheim in the Marlborough region, GMH Home Stay features a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the bed and breakfast's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. After 14 days of travelling, we found it relaxing in GMH, Even though it was a room and a bathroom/toilet within a bigger house, but we had absolute privacy as there were two separate entrances. Mandy was a super and warm host. She was helpful in ensuring we are comfortable and provided breakfast items such as brown bread, home made jam, butter and yogurt. There was a toaster and coffee machine in the kitchenette. Upon my request, she provided us a pot and frying pan as well as an induction stove for us to prep simple meals. She also permitted us to use her washing machine and we hung the clothes on the drying lines. Thank you Mandy for the 3 restful nights!

Lovely views and it was great to explore the nearby villages and vineyards.. Would definitely stay again!
