This room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jane even put on a load of washing for us! The view of the garden from the window was delightful. A light breakfast of cereal, milk, fruit and yoghurt was supplied along with plenty of tea and coffee. We were able to have a fantastic night's sleep and recharge after our adventure on the Kepler Track.

The room and bath were clean and warm with listed amenities provided, and the breakfast with the hosts was really generous and tasty! Anne-Marie and John were friendly and gave great recommendations about places to go/things to eat along our trip (the burger recommendation was really good!) They even gave us a tour around their deer farm, and I got to meet the sheep and baby lambs. Thank you so much for the stay ☺️

Το Anchorstone βρίσκεται σε Half-moon Bay, σε απόσταση 2,6 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Dead Man Beach και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και παροχές για... Owners were super lovely and helped return an item I left on the island asap! They picked us up from the ferry and had a courtesy car we could hire during our stay which was invaluable. Cabins are fairly close to each other but private enough we could enjoy our stay. Had washer and dryer available if needed.

The facilities, the location and the breakfast were simply fantastic. The whirlpool, the super comfortable bed and the underfloor heating were my absolute highlights, almost better than Milford Sound itself :D. Laura and Derrick are super nice, helpful and quick when it comes to communication. I would come back anytime.

Luxurious spacious cottage - well appointed with everything you might need. Set in lovely gardens and very secluded. The hosts are very responsive but discreet and give the guests as much privacy as they want. Comfy bed, lovely lounge area and great kitchen - so you could set up a home from home. Good Wifi. Convenient for Invercargill and the surrounding countryside as well as near to transport to Stewart Island. Highly recommended.
