It is on a hill overlooking the water and Isla Bastimentos Breakfast is included in your stay. Lunch dinner and beverages are available at a very reasonable price. The lodge is an eco style lodge surrounded by jungle. Though there are no hiking trails through the jungle you are serenaded by the sounds of birds. Kayaks, SUP and snorkeling equipment is available for your use. Your host and their children are wonderful and will do anything to make your stay a pleasant and wonderful experience. Things to know, the lodge is off the grid with good WiFi and does not have AC, but we were comfortable with our open windows and ceiling fan. The lodge accepts credit cards, but tours and water taxis are cash only so bring US dollars. Side trips to Red Frog Beach and Green Acres Chocolate are a must. Pack insect repellent and anti-itch cream.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The bed and breakfast has private entrance. Exceptional setting over the water with views all round. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped both in the room and with communal facilities. Best of all though are the hosts, Sally and Mike who are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The location suited us perfectly, near enough the main town for access to shops and restaurants but far enough to be completely quiet. Walking into town is possible, but probably not something to do several times a day. No problem however as taxis are cheap and plentiful. Also the bus out to starfish beach passes the end of the road. Only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

From the moment we arrived,Ania made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The breakfast was simply delicious - fresh, homemade, and the perfect way to start the day. Ania also went above and beyond by giving us fantastic tips on things to do and, more importantly, what to avoid to ensure we had the best experience without falling for any tourist traps. Adding to the charm of Riva were her adorable pets a sweet dog Lucian and two lovely cats who made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality, this is it! Everything was perfect, and if we ever go again to Bocas we will stay here! Highly recommended!

At the bed and breakfast, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Very pretty location among large tropical trees. Carmen and Marcel are incredible hosts. For four days you feel like part of a family with the hosts and other guests. The breakfast is large and flavorful and the dinners combine great food with fun company. We also had two sloths hanging out in the nearby trees.

The house includes 4 rooms on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and warm water. Rooms on the ground floor share an outdoor warm water shower and bathroom. Facilities include a living room, dining room, kitchen and a terrace. This place is stunning and filled with charm. The first thing that struck us was the genuine hospitality of the staff. From the innkeeper (Marco) to the friendly fellow travellers, there was an immediate sense of camaraderie and as such we ended up spending a lot of time on the property sharing a few beers and watching the ocean. Also it's close enough to Bocas town that you can walk, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the caribbean ocean, great combination. Oh and not to forget the best breakfast in Panama!
