Facilities are new and strictly no smoking in rooms and hallway so you wont smell any cigarette. They have roof top if you want to smoke. Location is just few minutes away from known tourist destinations and few walks from market and restaurants. Value for money compare to other hotels plus free parking. Cleanliness was good i never see or smell any old garbage. Staff all were so friendly and helpful. Plus they have a wonderful Taal lake view that you can see from your room and balcony. I highly recommend this place and definitely will stay here again when we come back in few months.

Το Casa Luis Staycation SMDC Tagaytay βρίσκεται σε Tagaytay και απέχει 11 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος People's Park in the Sky και 15 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Εκκλησία San Antonio De Padua.... Ms. Yolly and Sir Luis are very accommodating and polite. Also, there are complimentary treats like cup noodles, chocolates, bottled water and coffee. The view from the balcony is the garden with pine trees and are astonishing. Overall stay is excellent. Will surely booked this unit again on the future stay.

Always very happy to come here. Room is clean and comfortable. Host is amiable and the location makes it easy to get to and from Manila by public transportation. Entertainment package is top notch and Wi-Fi is strong.

We checked into the Lavender Room and it was much larger than we expected. While there are limited complimentary options for breakfast, the ones we tried (longganisa and milkfish confit) were excellent, and you can order more from their menu if you so desire. Check-in and checkout were also very smooth, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Firstly, it's great value for money. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and an ensuite bathroom too. Secondly, there is an excellent in-house pizza restaurant too. The setting, with a lots of greenery around the rooms and restaurant gives the place a calming setting. Above all the staff are great, thank you Matteo, Lissa , Ryan, Rachael and Macchiato the cat and all the others that make it a happy atmosphere. There is an excellent launderette called Blooms not far away, a transport terminal close by and plenty of shops too. You can walk into the centre or take a Jeepney for very little. All in all a good place to stay.

Toni, Owen and the team were very accommodating and helped us by storing our bags, providing bowls and cutlery and allowing us to wait at the hotel in the evening for our lift to our next destination. The room was big and very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The cleaning service was very thorough. The room had a table with two chairs, which was super convenient for eating. It was fantastic having breakfast delivered to the room each morning. The location was amazing, very quiet with breathtaking views of the Taal Lake and an easy walk to 711, several restaurants and a laundry shop. It was very easy to find tricycles around the hotel to take us around.

It’s a very small hotel but the rooms have plenty of space, I like that there’s a water available to drink on the common area wherein other hotels you have to purchase the water bottle. If you’re only looking for a place to stay while most of the day you’ll be out and about, this would be a great place for the family or group of friends. But also you can rest on the common areas in outdoor if you need to
