Such an amazing accommodation! We stayed in a bungalow and it was very spacious and cleaned every day. We’ve been travelling for over 3 months and it was one of the nicest and most reasonable accommodations we have stayed in throughout our travels. The restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is incredible. We ate here nearly every day. We also rented a great Honda bike for a reasonable price. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! Some of the nicest people we have met. They even had their staff Christmas party during our stay and invited all the guests to celebrate with them and enjoy a free dinner, it was such a fun night! Our ferry was cancelled to Bohol and they provided us with another room at a discount which was also very spacious, with good air conditioning and it was really clean. The highlight of our trip to Siquijor was staying here!

Το Almare Guest House Siquijor βρίσκεται σε Σαν Χουάν και προσφέρει παραθαλάσσια καταλύματα, σε απόσταση 1 χλμ από Παραλία Tubod. Προσφέρει διάφορες ανέσεις, όπως κήπο, ιδιωτική παραλία και βεράντα. The location and the staff!!! All the staff and owners were amazing! So nice and friendly. The room is humble but cosy and the view it's simply magic. You have direct access to the ocean and the guesthouse provides with free snorkeling equipment. We could see turtle and many many fishes just snorkeling 30 mins. Breakfast is also very nice, the bed was comfy. Will definitely recommend!

Via Zara we booked a motorbike easily, we got breakfast suggestions, snorkeling locations, minibar refills and transfer to and from rental place. Great host, 10/10

The owner is super friendly , always happy to have a chat , she also advice us for everything, what to visit ,where to eat , how much are the costs. I would recommend to stay there ! The location is top , you got all what you need in the property , very good for value . I would come back.

And let’s not forget the hotel’s furry friend – the cute and friendly dog, who adds another touch of joy and charm to the place. He sure knows how to recognize good guests! The owner is French and incredibly warm and welcoming. He provided everything I needed and even more than I expected. He also recommended many great restaurants and fun places to visit, which made my stay so much easier. The room was beyond my expectations—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right next to a lovely café. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
