The swimming pool was a great addition, open from 1 pm, if you enjoy quiet swim then before 5 pm is ideal. The kids had endless fun on the water slide. Little playroom available to use at all times, nice distraction for smallies.

Great location! The hotel is on a pretty quiet street, in the heart of the city centre. You can just walk to each of the city historical sights. There are also bus stops, markets and a variety of good restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful and try to do their best to help and comfort their guests. The rooms are very clean and well decorated.

Great location to explore Krakow. Only 5 minutes into the centre, but further enough away to make it very quiet around the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Room was more like a suite. Nice having the Orangery for free tea and coffee. Made plenty of use of this facility. Our room was nicely decorated as was all of the hotel. Room was very clean when we arrived. The rest of the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The apartment was very spacious, stylish and in great location between the old town and Jewish quarter with a few bars/cafés nearby. It also felt secure being within a private residential block and quiet being away from main roads.

Great location, great host in Lukas, room was perfect size for our needs. The neighbourhood was full of commodities : zapka corner stores, breakfast restaurants, farmers market. We could walk to the main place in the city center in about 12-15 min. Our room faced the backyard, it was super quiet and made sleep easy. All in all, I would book again next week if Poland was closer to Canada!!! 😁

Quiet and very well eqquiped appartment. Private individual garage in the building. There is also a small shop with broad opening times in the same block. At less than 5 minutes walking distance, there is a bakery with excellent breakfast and a nice restaurant. Direct connection to the city centre via public transport. Shower and toilet are in different rooms.
