Sometimes you forget how good and kind people can be — and then someone like Richard (Richard and Isabel are the owners) comes along and reminds you. I arrived early at 08:00, before check-in time, after a long night train. I was tired, confused, and had many concerns about my ski plans (we dont ski in Israel, and it was my first time). Then I met Richard at the reception. He noticed my stress and calmly said, "Why don’t we start with breakfast? Allow me to take care of your belongings untill the room is ready." He truly wrapped me in care and kindness — and it meant the world to me. All my questions were answered by Isabel, who gave me great recommendations and guidance. Richard shared helpful ski tips, and I even received a lovely Easter gift — a small egg filled with chocolates. The place itself is very clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the only downside is the distance to the ski area, which can be a bit challenging. To summarize — I 100% recommend this place. For dinner go to the fjällstation (reservation!), it‘s about 15 min walk to the fjällstation, 10 min to the bus stop.

The balcony at Cozy Cabin was the best part of our stay. It offers an elevated view of the surrounding and let us snap some nice pictures of the Northern lights. There is a bit of light pollution but manageable. It was windy one night and being able to hop into the cabin to stay warm quickly is a big plus. Marc was the most gracious host i've met. Thank you.

Extremely cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Alex and Jana were amazing hosts, and were helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious and we were also offered a three course dinner in the evening by Jana, who is an outstanding cook! Both meals blew us away and were prepared with fresh ingredients from their garden. The bed was very comfortable and all facilities fresh and clean. The whole place was clearly designed with a lot of thought, care, and style. We especially recommend this place to those looking to visit the nearby High Coast Distillery, which was what brought us to the area. We feel like we lucked out finding such a gem as Allsta Gård, and couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
