Family rooms have an upstairs with 2 single beds and separate bathroom. Downstairs is a queen and 2nd bathroom. Nice linens. Small refrigerator in room. Wonderful breakfast. Apples and water to go! The meal in the restaurant was also good comfort food and huge portions.

A children’s playground and free private parking are available on site. The Maribor East motorway exit is just 1 km away, and the Pohorje ski area is a 10-minute drive away. A lovely place held by very nice people. We had a perfect family room, two big separate bedrooms, a big enough bathroom with a spacious shower. The garden, minigolf and playground were a great surprise.

Off the beaten path just far enough. For us, it wasn’t the easiest to find — because we were looking for a hotel and this is a pizzeria with rooms upstairs — but the Cantina Pizzeria is easy to find. Not everyone speaks English, but enough do — it’s fun. In a few days, we’ll stay here again. For us, it’s the perfect midpoint stopover resting place; even so, it’s like a mini-vacation — super enjoyable.
