It is beautiful, has an excellent location (1 min from FIP ferry) and the facilities, especially the Japanese garden and pool, are stunning. Another review complained about bathroom products; they now have Malin+Goetz, which is a luxury brand. And one mentioned the staff wasn’t friendly: Mike was excellent, made us breakfast, and sangria, so either it was an off day or the customer. Overall, this is the only place I want to stay in FIP.

She is gracious kind and personable. She made us feel at home. Patricia is all about customer service and warm hospitality. She goes above and beyond to make her guest comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. All homemade and very delicious.
