It exceeded all expectations: a beautiful house, a great and clean room, and the breakfast was on both days a surprise - freshly cooked. Location is perfect: beach, shopping and restaurants all in walking distance. And the car can be parked without efforts. Worth every penny.

Room was really nice, bed was super comfortable, there was water and coffee in the room. Patio on the second floor with breakfast felt like home and there was variety of warm and cold beverages. Coffee was very good!!

The property is a typical Cape May style, but with personal touches by our host. The breakfast was something else, huge portions, two courses and every day a different delish delightful homemade fabulous start to the day. Our room was spacious and clean and the views were wonderful. The location is perfect to walk to everything that we needed in Cape May, with the marina for the lobster house a few mins away in a car - we took a cab.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. An amazing space. Very well laid out, with excellent facilities. Ideal location with plenty of places to eat or to get bits nearby. The hosts couldn’t be any more helpful. They were fantastic.

Very friendly, everything was very smooth and seamless, the room was very comfortable with plenty of space and well located.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 4.1 km from Statue of Liberty. Travelling from Australia it felt like home away from home. Perfect location to visit NYC short train ride with heaps of room. We were able to do shopping, cooking, washing and park the hire car for free which would be very difficult to do if we stayed in Manhattan. The house is beautiful and roomy. A great way to go if you don't like being stuck in a hotel room for any length of time. Highly recommend we will certainly be back again.
