Every team member was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive — always greeting me with a smile and willing to help with anything I needed. Whether it was assistance with directions, local tips, or just a kind check-in after a long day, their genuine hospitality made a huge difference. The hotel itself has a beautiful, calm energy — clean, well-designed, and filled with thoughtful details that make you feel at home. It's the perfect balance of comfort and charm, and you can tell there’s pride in how the space is maintained. It’s an oasis of peace right in the heart of Saigon. I left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already thinking about when I could return. If you're looking for a hotel that truly values its guests and creates a warm, personal atmosphere — Jan Hotel is the one. Highly recommended!

At the bed and breakfast, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. From the time I arrived until I left I received extremely kind and attentive support from Annie. I arrived late & she brought me a beautiful plate of fresh fruit. The breakfast is great with good choices available. I needed a plug adapter, Annie got one for me when she was at the market. Due to flooding I had to cancel a flight and accommodation, it was a long and involved process, Annie was alongside all the way - calling & talking to the airline on my behalf. I can not rate the Annie House high enough. It was my first night in Vietnam and I was very impressed with the service!

Very good standard and good value for money The staff were very helpful.

Perfect stay in Saigon. It’s in district 1 , 30 minutes walking distance to almost all viewpoints. Or bus is very convenient as well. Room is exactly what shows on the photo. Very very clean.

The property has city and quiet street views, and is 1.1 km from Ben Thanh Street Food Market. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. We loved staying at Chez Mimosa. The staff was incredible and very very helpful (helped us book train tickets, kept our bags after check-out, and even let us take a shower after check-out before our night on the train). We especially enjoyed breakfast on the terrasse and the complimentary foot bath. Also the calm street of the hotel was appreciated, before entering the hustle and bustle of Saigon. We cannot recommend Chez Mimosa enough!

Not only did I stay here for the two nights I planned, but I extended for another week. I was given good discounts. Every two days the sweetest lady would come clean the room very nicely. Location was good, veg food everywhere and walking distance to parks. My room was quiet. Responsive host all hours and all problems were quickly resolved. I was very happy and comfortable there. This place will always be near and dear to my heart, and if I come back to Ho Chi Minh City, I will stay here again.
