Room was clean, staff was freindly, and the location was convenient to tourist spots and restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding. Room was quiet at night which is pretty rare in Saigon. Free Wi-Fi was important for planning our trip to other cities. Most of the staff spoke English very well. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was very quiet despite the noisy area around (District 1). There was Netflix on the TV. Don’t be alarmed by the alley where the property is located, it’s completely safe. Just make sure you have the exact address or even better use another big hotel or cafe nearby when you order a Grab or taxi. There was everything we needed during our 1-night stay. I recommend this place!

This recently renovated guest house is located 1.8 km from Saigon Central Post Office and 1.8 km from Tan Dinh Market. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We had a great stay here. Great facilities. Had free water dispenser downstairs and free washing and a dryer on the top floor. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. Good value.

The owner of the homestay was an absolute Gem!! We were not meant to arrive until 9am but our bus absolutely sped through from Da Lat and we got in at 5:30am instead. I noticed the owner was online on what's app at that time so I decided to chance texting him and he graciously came and met us and let us straight into our room a whole 8 hours before check in. He was a lifesaver! He also then let us store our bags from checkout until 10pm too which allowed us to explore the city without huge backpacks. The room was perfect for one night and about a 1 minute walk from the big party street although you could not hear the noise from the room! Thank you so much!!
