It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

This is the best place we’ve stayed in on our trip and we’ve been out for 6 months ! The best service we’ve ever received. As soon as we arrived we were sat down and the owner introduced herself as well as giving lots of recommendations on food and activities to do in Hoi an. This continued throughout our stay and always gave a warm greeting in the morning. She very often bought us mango from her own tree at her house to try. On the last day we checked out and hours later we came back, my partner became very ill and we could no longer take the bus we had planned to take and needed to stay another night in hoian, while she had no places at her place to stay she sorted a room out for us down the road so we didn’t have to stress and find anything. She even messaged for days after ensuring we were okay. Honestly we couldn’t recommend this place enough, the location is amazing, it’s so clean and the rooms are brilliant. A truly amazing place to stay !

We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was large with a balcony. The staff were all great and very friendly. They helped book a tour, the show, laundry and a car to our next destination. The beds were a bit hard but were still comfortable. The bathroom was huge and there was lots of hot water. The pool was clean and wonderful in the heat. The courtyard was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was ordered from a menu and was very good. I would stay again.
