Bernadette and Stan, the owners, were absolutely wonderful — warm, welcoming, and always ready with helpful tips and a smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The property has beautiful, park-like grounds and is a well-managed working ostrich farm, which made the visit even more unique. And the highlight? A delicious ostrich-egg breakfast — a must-try and a real treat!

Very nice guesthouse in a quiet area of Oudtshoorn. My room, which I was upgraded to, was very spacious, had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfy. The little pool was much appreciated to cool off during a hot summer day. Amanda and Frans are lovely hosts. Thanks for everything, I will gladly stay with you guys again when I come back to Oudtshoorn!

A hidden gem! Lovely host and great home for a few nights. We did a meerkat tour too and as we did it on a cloudy and cold day we were quite late for breakfast, but that was no problem at all. We were surprised to meet Linda on arrival. How warm was the reception. The rooms exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was superb. It was a beautiful location and the campus of the property is nicely decorated.

It s a lovely b and b. It s very peaceful. The property belongs to the same family for many générations. Our room was very comfortable with a lot of intimacy right in front of a pond surrounded by green végétation. The owner, full of attention, had already reserved for us ( that we could cancel if we disagreed ) a table for dinner in another property. The meal and the environment were excellent. Το Sorgvry - House of Guests έχει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Barrydale. We had great conversation and interaction with Uwe. The food and coffee as well as the great German breakfast was amazing. Best quality. No regrets.
