The staff were very helpful and did things in a timely manner. Very quick to respond, and very nice. I had to pay a deposit when I checked in, but I got the deposit back very quickly after checking out. The room had a nice view. It was very comfortable, and I would definitely reserve a room in this same hotel if I happen to visit Edinburgh again.

Το Holiday Inn Blackpool by IHG είναι στο Μπλάκπουλ και προσφέρει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων με αίθουσα γυμναστικής και μπαρ. Fantastic hotel. Very clean and large room for the price. Situated across the road from Blackpool North Station. A few blocks from the Tower. I was on the 1st floor and had no noise issues. Thr toiletries were to die for. I'm now trying to buy online. The only thing I'd say as a critique and only because I'm fussy with my linen is the bedsheets was a wee bit messy. Just needed to be straightened.....like an army bed.. that's what I like.

The room was really great, guest experience team prepared the room for my som who had 10th Bday, really good job.

I am not afraid to say this is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect, as you expect to see from the pictures. The experience is sublime, from the glass of Champagne at the Check In, to the room, the bar and beyond. Room was very gracious and a bit bigger if compared to London City Centre standards. Top quality facilities (from GHD hairdryer to the Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and a beautiful Seletti kettle. Complimentary water and Coca-Cola (among other) are in the room at the check in. It was also very nice to find a handwritten card to welcome you in the room, which came along with some fresh macaroon. Staff is impeccable and they are there to fulfil every needing and wishes. Location is of course one of the top feature of the place (in less than one minute walking you're in Oxford Street). Will come back for sure.

Loved the historic atmosphere of this stately home in vast grounds to explore. Very comfortable rooms and absolutely beautiful breakfast to start the day, worth the extra. Friendly welcoming staff from reception to the restaurant, we had a sumptuous meal of slow cooked lamb.

It is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant and incredible breakfast. The staff was very friendly, especially the guy who was serving the breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel is included. Nice view from the restaurant terrace.
